When to use it
Ice has levels like sugar does: normal, shǎo bīng (less), qù bīng (none, still chilled) and cháng wēn (room temperature). Sugar is said first, then ice — bàn táng shǎo bīng is the rhythm staff expect, and saying it in that order marks you as a regular.
